Fresh yet intense on the palate with big flavors throughout and flawless tannins she is perfectly balanced and exactly what we were trying to achieve using 100% Caliza Vineyard fruit.

We crafted this wine to be enjoyed now but will hold for years to come. Pair with smoked tri-tip sandwiches with a creamy horseradish sauce, caramelized onions, and melty extra sharp white cheddar cheese accompanied by pork belly burnt ends and a creamy citrus arugula salad. *This is also tremendous with steak tartare.
