Returns & Cancellations
Orders placed online, by phone, or by email, including auto-billed club packs, can be canceled within 3 days. After 72 hours, the order is non-refundable/non-returnable. Wine purchased in our tasting room is non-returnable.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Any return claim based on a defect in the product will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to keep the cork and unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
