2021 ALBARIÑO

Fresh, clean, natural. Star bright with aromas of lemon citrus and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied on the palate with light citrus flavors and green apple with a saline twist on the finish.

This is the kind of wine we enjoy with light apps and cooking the main course. It is very drinkable now and we recommend it with just a slight chill (think 50˚F).

Pairs wonderfully with white fish, creamy citrus salads, and goat cheese. *We just drink it while prepping meals!
